The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.

The Cornhusker Council, Boy Scouts of America, is the largest youth-serving agency in southeast Nebraska, providing the Scouting program to over 6,000 youth and leaders in the counties of Lancaster, Cass, Otoe, Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee, Richardson, Gage, Jefferson, Thayer, Saline, Fillmore, Seward, York, Polk and Butler.
